Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website deploy-hubline.digital and engagement of professional crash and stability reporting services offered by Deploy Hubline Co., Ltd. (“Deploy Hubline,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or commissioning an assessment, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you browse the site, submit a contact form, or sign a statement of work for an assessment, release gate review, triage engagement, or monthly reporting retainer, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organization you represent and that you accept these Terms.

Services

Deploy Hubline provides informational analysis of crash telemetry, freeze reports, and related release materials that you supply. Deliverables are written reports, recommendations, and readout meetings. We do not operate your applications, submit store releases, or provide legal, security certification, or warranty services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Quotes and informational pricing

Prices shown on the site are informational starting points. A binding fee appears only in a written quote or statement of work. Payment schedules, deposits, and invoicing details are set in that document.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of crash exports, release notes, and access credentials you provide. You warrant that you have the right to share those materials with us for the purpose of the engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our report templates remain the property of Deploy Hubline Co., Ltd. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use the final report internally and with your contractors for the assessed product. You may not resell our reports as a standalone product.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public crash data and product details as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Assessments reflect the materials available at the time of review. Crash behavior can change after new releases. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deploy Hubline’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, store ranking changes, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
