About

Stability reporting rooted in Bangkok release culture

Deploy Hubline Co., Ltd. is the registered business behind Deploy Hubline. We were established in 2018 to help Thai and regional app teams turn raw crash telemetry into decisions people can defend in a release meeting.

Origin

In 2018, our founders were freelancing crash triage for consumer apps shipping from Bangkok agencies. Clients kept asking for the same artifact: a calm, ranked explanation of which crash signatures mattered before a store push. Deploy Hubline Co., Ltd. was formed to make that assessment a repeatable service rather than a late-night favor.

Over the following years we expanded from emergency triage into scheduled Crash & Stability Assessments, release gate notes, and monthly digests for product directors who sit outside the engineering console.

How we work

We start from the exports you already collect—crash lists, ANR summaries, version timelines—and we write for mixed audiences. Engineering gets signature detail; product gets user-impact language; leadership gets a clear go, hold, or watch recommendation.

Meetings can be remote or hosted near our Huai Khwang office when a workshop helps align stakeholders. We do not write your code. We clarify what the crashes are saying so your team can choose the next fix with less guesswork.

Values we keep visible

  • Evidence before volume: unique users and interactive sessions outweigh dramatic single clips.
  • Local device reality: Thailand’s device mix shapes which “rare” crashes deserve attention.
  • Readable artifacts: every engagement ends with a document someone can forward without translation.

People you may meet on a readout

Assessments are led by practitioners who have lived through store spikes, not by a generic account team.
